Ideal for B&Bs, small Hotels and Guesthouses, as well as larger Hotels, GLOBERES includes your own online reservation system engine that allows you to load and change at will all your room types, packages and special offers

GLOBERES has two charges only, a one-time set-up fee, and a monthly system maintenance fee.

1. The one-time set-up fee* covers the loading of your property into the online reservation system. This initial setup fee includes:
   • customizing your dedicated GLOBERES system with your logos and headers and colour schemes,
   • development & coding within the ASP system, and
   • the loading and testing of your initial room types, default rates and allotments.
     
     *The fee varies from property to property, based on the number of rooms you have. The minimum is A$358 for properties with 8 rooms or less, and never exceeds A$1,000, no matter how large the Hotel.
   
   
2. The monthly system maintenance fee maintains your customers' access to making reservations 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, on your web site (and any sites linked to your web site), and provides you with full-time access to the system for administration purposes.
   
   There is no limit to how many times customers visit your web site, how many reservations are made, or how often you update your rates, packages, inventory, or availability. Your monthly maintenance fee remains fixed. The fee starts at A$55 per month and is set relative to the number of rooms in your property.

• A Wholesale Booking Solution
  A wholesale booking system is ideal for your Travel Agent partners. GLOBERES will set up and maintain a password-protected online interface so that your wholesale partners can reserve inventory via the Web on your behalf.
• The GLOBERES E-mail Database
  GLOBERES will assist you in building and maintaining amaintaining a web based e-mail database on our servers. Web based admin tools are provided to let you maintain the e-mail list from your Web site. Visitors to your site can sign up to receive newsletters and information about upcoming promotions.
• Web Site Hosting
  GLOBERES offers a hosting service for your Web Site for A$22 per month. We do not wish to "steal" business from your current hosting company, but have negotiated this very low figure as a way of reducing your total costs. For example if you are currently paying (say) A$40 per month to host your web site, to have GLOBERES host your site would reduce your $55 per month fee by the difference, i.e. $18.
• The Web Stats Tracking System
  GLOBERES can provide you with a statistics tracking system (POA). Our tracking server provides reports and logs on your web sites. Besides providing you with the stats and demographics reports, you also get information on referrals and other sites/banner ads that generate your online reservations.
• Individual Programming Services
  The GLOBERES team of highly qualified developers offer individual programming services so you can customize our software applications to best complement your Internet strategies. We do not use third party tools and only work with "core" technologies. This allows us to modify our system logic to any business rule that you apply for the reservations for your property.
